I don’t know. I buy a lot of their clothes, but I still say good riddance to them. On one hand, it is good that they were making the clothes in the US and paying their employees a fair wage. On the other, the creepy CEO, bad accounting practices, bad hiring practices as well as the fact most of their clothes are hideous and of poor quality outweigh the good.
And the recent change in the clothes they sell - anyone who has been to their website recently can see that they are pushing a whole new look onto their demographic. This time it’s khakis in drab colours, button downs, riding pants, etc. I really don’t want to look like I am 35 and summering in the Hamptons in 1988. I know they are trying to become a little more classy, but for god’s sake, they are famous for booty shorts and gold lame bodysuits and that is what they do best.
All I can say is, if they do go under, I cannot wait for the sale.
I’ve said it before. Last line needs to come true though.
